ALMASI brings together the unique new Diamond OA Policy Forum of international, national, and local policymakers and funders in three regions that the ALMASI project addresses: Africa, Europe and Latin America. This forum is a place for participants to discuss nonprofit scholarly publishing policy and funding needs, progress, and related challenges. The Forum will also include international funders supporting development work. 

Join the 7th EIFL webinar on using Open Journal Systems (OJS), free and open source software that facilitates the management and publishing of scholarly journals. 

The webinar will explain how to manage OJS through containers. Containers are a way to package software so that it runs the same everywhere, making installation, updates and troubleshooting much easier. We will walk participants through setting up OJS with commonly used tools like Docker and Docker Compose, demonstrate how to keep it secure and backed up, and share practical tips for everyday management.
