The two-day conference is organized by The State Scientific and Technical Library of Ukraine, EIFL’s partner in Ukraine, in cooperation with TIB (Leibniz Information Centre for Science and Technology University Library), with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

The webinar is organized by the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and the National Council of Rectors of Costa Rica (CONARE), as part of International OA Week 2025 celebrations.

The webinar is free and open to all and takes place in three languages - English, Portuguese and Spanish - with simultaneous translation.
